The mailing list is open to the public: anyone can post to the list, subscribe, or read the archives.

You can get the same kind of help with Vienna through the mailing list that you get here in the discussion forum. The list is not intended to replace the forum, however. The main purpose of the mailing list is to provide an alternative method of getting Vienna support if the forum is down or unavailable.
