2.0.4 Released!

Thanks to Jeff, Vienna 2.0.4 has been packed up and released to the public. Here's a copy of the official announcement that was posted to the support forum.

Vienna 2.0.4 is a bug fix release and is recommended for all users. It contains no new features. We intend for 2.0.4 to be the last official release before 2.1, barring the appearance of any new critical bugs. Vienna 2.1 has some exciting new features, and we hope to make a test version available for download in the near future.

Important note: The modifier key for overriding your preference for opening links in an external browser has changed from shift to option (alt). This change was made to avoid Apple's demo super slow motion effect with minimized browser windows. (By the way, many users are unaware of Vienna's convenient single-key keyboard shortcuts, so please check out the list by selecting Vienna Help in the Help menu and choosing Keyboard Shortcuts.)

To update to Vienna 2.0.4, simply select Check for Updates from the Help menu or download directly from the SourceForge Download page. Two separate versions - one with all localizations and one with just US English localizations - are available.

There are no database schema changes, so you can switch back and forth between 2.0.4 and earlier versions as needed.

Here is a list of changes:

* Fixes for dragging multiple subscriptions (within Vienna and from Safari).
* Fix for duplicated items in minimum font size list.
* Fix for HTML appearing in titles.
* Speed up marking all read.
* Fix crash when closing all tabs.
* Fix bug with absolute feed level links under an xml:base.
* Avoid super slow motion effect with minimized browser windows.
